All delegates and media must complete the official application process via this microsite. Spaces are limited and subject to confirmation by the B20 South Africa Secretariat.
Visa requirements vary by nationality. Delegates who require a visa must notify us as soon as possible via event@b20southafrica.org (subject line: Visa Requirement). The Secretariat will provide invitation letters and supporting documentation.
You should immediately report the loss to local police and contact your embassy or consulate in South Africa. The B20 Secretariat can assist with guidance, but replacements are issued only by your embassy/consulate.
Yes. Please ensure you specify your dietary needs during registration (e.g., Halal, Kosher, Vegetarian, Vegan, allergies). Meals at the Summit and official functions will accommodate these requirements.
Business formal attire is required for all plenary and side sessions. Evening receptions and dinners are smart formal.
Yes. Real-time interpretation will be provided in key languages as needed.
First-aid facilities will be available at the Sandton Convention Centre. For emergencies, delegates can contact Netcare 911 (082 911) or ER24 (084 124). Hospital details and emergency numbers are also provided in the Travel & Logistics section.
Delegates are responsible for their own airport transfers. Please use private taxis or e-hailing services such as Uber. Shuttle services will only operate between official partner hotels and the Summit venue.
A dedicated help desk will be available at the Sandton Convention Centre for registration queries, lost-and-found, and delegate assistance.
The local currency is the South African Rand (ZAR). Major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) are widely accepted.
Yes. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi will be available throughout the Sandton Convention Centre. Login details will be provided upon arrival.
Attendance is limited to registered delegates only. Guest access is not permitted unless specifically approved by the Secretariat.
South Africa uses plug types C, D, M, and N (mainly Type M). The standard voltage is 230V. Delegates are advised to bring appropriate travel adaptors.
No childcare facilities are provided. Delegates are requested to make personal arrangements if required.
